With its unique blend of Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot this SCM brings out the best of each variety. Cabernet lends structure and intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, Shiraz brings rich stewed plum and mulberry flavours to the mid-palate while Merlot delivers a full and lingering finish. Well integrated oak adds flavour and balance.

Hampton Lane Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

The fruit was harvested when the flavours were ripe, then crushed and fermented as separate parcels. Fermentation on skins lasted X days. Following fermentation the wine was gently pressed off skins and then matured on French oak (20% new 80% seasoned) for 14 months before the wine was blended and bottled.

Alcohol: 13.2%

Ageing Regimem: French oak (20% new 80% seasoned) for 14 months

Cellaring: Cellar up to 8 years
