Hampton Lane 2017 Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre
As the three varieties ripen at different times, they were picked when each was ripe and fermented separately. The wines were then matured for 16 months in seasoned French oak. Supporting oak was imparted into the wine, ensuring bright fruit and gentle structure with fine balanced tannins. Post-maturation, the parcels were blended and the wine bottled.
